The floors were dirty and if you walked around in bare feet, you would have to wipe the sand off before putting on your slippers or shoes. The food although plentiful was repetitious. The resort was very clean. Lounge by the dazzling pools, get active with a variety of land and water sports, work out at the fitness centre, or pamper yourself at the luxurious spa. However, we regret to know we could not reach your expectations because of food inconveniences. We are sure they are going to be very happy to hear about your message.

Liliana and Eliecer. The rooms were definitely showing their age, in my daughters room the fan wasn’t working, she had to lift on the bathroom door to get it to shut. The venue opened its doors in 2010. Delfinarium is 2.5 miles from the accommodation, while Varahicacos Ecological Reserve is settled 0.9 miles away.

We booked three rooms and on check in the clerk screwed everything up with who should be in what room. Our room was adequate - beds were comfortable enough, the AC worked well and we had no problems with hot or cold running water.

We are looking forward to welcoming you again soon. I was quite nervous about trying Cuba but I wanted to give it a shot because I like to try new places/cultures and I heard the beaches are incredible.
However, we feel sorry to hear we did not reach your expectations and we would like to sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you might encountered during your stay. Moreover, it is a pleasure to know all our staff was so attentive and they took care of you and satisfied all your needs during your days at Grand Memories. The beach was pretty good, even if we had some cool day it’s not the fault of the hotel :) food was great, maybe a little cold sometimes but overall everything was fine, the meat is really good in « restaurant à la carte ». The beach is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen, very clean and the water warm as can be.
