at the start of the Rue du Congo, there is a small restaurant/snack bar called Chez Maman Bonne. Plage de Bois Jolan, Sainte-Anne. The road to get there is slightly bumpy but it has to the character of this beach feeling secluded :)This is a very popular beach but if you get a sot under the trees it can feel like you are the only ones there.
