A perfect spot to set up a grill and have some fresh fish, listening to music and having a couple of cold beers.Plage de Bois Jolan was our favorite of the wonderful beaches of Guadeloupe. It was a very windy day so the current was a bit strong for snorkeling and visibility under water wasn't great. Go under the mangrove arches is one of the magical moments of this hike

A perfect spot to set up a grill and have some fresh fish, listening to music and having a couple of cold beers.Plage de Bois Jolan was our favorite of the wonderful beaches of Guadeloupe. I would walk down to the rather rocky Gros Sable beach (where you can rent a surf board and take lessons) and then take the little trail over the hill to see the beautiful stretch of Bois JolanVery warm beautiful waters, calm compared to nearly St. AnneDue to the reef protecting the beach, water at this place was the warmest that we experienced at Guadeloupe (or anywhere). Despite this we still got to see some interesting fish. This undeveloped stretch of beach is pristine and ideal.
at the start of the Rue du Congo, there is a small restaurant/snack bar called Chez Maman Bonne. It was a very windy day so the current was a bit strong for snorkeling and visibility under water wasn't great. La plage du Souffleur et ses nombreux atouts n'auront aucun mal a vous charmer. Things to do near Plage de Bois Jolan.
Plage de Bois Jolan, Sainte-Anne. The road to get there is slightly bumpy but it has to the character of this beach feeling secluded :)This is a very popular beach but if you get a sot under the trees it can feel like you are the only ones there.
